Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MindBridge, a product of QuarxAI Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"), including our mobile application and website (mindbridgeai.app). By using MindBridge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

What MindBridge is — and is not

MindBridge is an emotional support tool powered by artificial intelligence. Valentina, our AI companion, is designed to listen, support, and help you understand your emotional patterns over time.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your country immediately. MindBridge provides crisis resources within the app, but is not equipped to replace emergency intervention.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MindBridge. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using our service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Not use another person's account without their permission

Acceptable use

You agree to use MindBridge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use MindBridge to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our technology or AI systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with MindBridge
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use MindBridge in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

Subscription and billing

MindBridge offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free trial: Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.

Intellectual property

All content, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property within MindBridge — including Valentina, our AI systems, visual design, and brand — are owned by QuarxAI Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you submit (journal entries, check-in data). By using MindBridge, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

MindBridge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through Valentina will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuarxAI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MindBridge. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of MindBridge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
